4. Right of withdrawal and return

4.1 The customer has the right to return the entire order or part thereof within 14 calendar days after receipt, without giving reasons, by sending an email to support@palma-shop.eu. After this, the customer can return the entire order or part of it within 14 calendar days to:

4.2 The costs of returning are costs for the customer.

4.3 The items can only be returned if they are in an unused, undamaged and salable condition and in the original possible packaging.

4.4 palma-shop.eu is not responsible in the event of loss or damage of the return shipment.

4.5 After the return shipment has been received in good condition, palma-shop.eu refund the return amount to the customer's account within 14 calendar days.
